Every day has 3 goals: your daily core (the same every day), Task 2 and Task 3, each with a short why. Open a day to read all three.
Daily core Same every day
Make or test one piece of your idea
Why: Making or testing one real piece at a time turns a someday idea into something you can see, show and improve.
Task 2
List ten things you are good at
Write ten things you do well. Small counts: organizing a closet, fixing a resume, baking, editing photos. Don't judge the list yet, just star the two you enjoy most.
Why: Many good side projects start with skills you already have.
Task 3
Write what you want a side project to give you
Why: Knowing whether you want extra money, creativity or flexibility shapes every choice ahead.
Daily core Same every day
Make or test one piece of your idea
Why: Making or testing one real piece at a time turns a someday idea into something you can see, show and improve.
Task 2
Write down what people ask you for
Think back over the last year. What do friends, family or coworkers ask you to help with? Write at least five, even the obvious ones, and note who asked for each.
Why: What people already ask you for is proof someone values it.
Task 3
Ask one person why they came to you
Ask one person from your list why they came to you for that help. No one to ask? Reread an old message where someone asked for help and note what they wanted.
Why: Their answer shows what they actually value, which is often different from what you thought you were good at.
Daily core Same every day
Make or test one piece of your idea
Why: Making or testing one real piece at a time turns a someday idea into something you can see, show and improve.
Task 2
Write down three problems you spot today
Go about your day and catch three moments where someone was annoyed, stuck or wasting time. A phone reminder helps you notice. Tonight, write each one down in a sentence.
Why: Every useful offer solves a real problem someone has.
Task 3
Ask a friend what bugs them most this week
Ask one friend, family member or coworker what annoyed them most this week and write their answer in a sentence. No one to ask? Read a few complaints in a public online forum and note one.
Why: Other people's small annoyances are where many good side ideas hide, and asking makes noticing a habit.
Daily core Same every day
Make or test one piece of your idea
Why: Making or testing one real piece at a time turns a someday idea into something you can see, show and improve.
Task 2
List what makes time fly for you
Write three to five things you could do for hours without checking the clock, and when you last lost track of time. Star any that also showed up on your Day 1 list.
Why: Knowing what absorbs you points your idea toward work you enjoy doing.
Task 3
Map your real free time this week
Why: Knowing the hours you honestly have keeps your side project realistic and your rest protected.
Daily core Same every day
Make or test one piece of your idea
Why: Making or testing one real piece at a time turns a someday idea into something you can see, show and improve.
Task 2
Book a regular time for your idea work
Pick a regular time for your daily core work, like before work or after dinner, and put it in your calendar as a repeating appointment. About 20 minutes is enough. Choose one notebook or file just for this pack.
Why: A set time makes it easier to start your daily piece of work without deciding all over again.
Task 3
Check your work contract for side work rules
If you have a job, find your contract or handbook and note any rules about outside work, conflicts of interest or who owns ideas you create. No job or contract? Write "none" and move on.
Why: Knowing the rules early means no awkward surprises later.
Daily core Same every day
Make or test one piece of your idea
Why: Making or testing one real piece at a time turns a someday idea into something you can see, show and improve.
Task 2
Mix your lists into rough ideas
Put your skills, requests and problems side by side. Draw lines between ones that connect and write each pairing as a rough idea. Aim for eight, with a silly nickname for your favorite.
Why: Ideas get interesting where your skills meet someone's problem.
Task 3
Take a 10 minute idea walk with no phone
Why: Ideas often connect when your hands are free and your mind wanders, so let your lists simmer while you move.
Daily core Same every day
Make or test one piece of your idea
Why: Making or testing one real piece at a time turns a someday idea into something you can see, show and improve.
Task 2
Circle the idea that excites you
Light day. Reread this week's lists, circle the one idea that made you a little excited and write why it gives you a spark.
Why: Excitement is useful fuel for the weeks ahead.
Task 3
Write yourself a kind note about week one
Why: You gave your idea a week. Noticing what you did builds the trust you'll lean on later.

How Side Hustle 100 works
What you do each day
3 goals a day. Your daily core, Make or test one piece of your idea, is the same every day. The other two are new each day: Task 2 builds the habit and Task 3 adds a different angle. Each one comes with a short why.
Time and effort
Most days fit around a normal day, all 3 goals together. Some days are lighter, and nothing needs to happen at a set time.
Difficulty and pace
Challenging. A real daily commitment from the first week, building to bigger sessions. Milestone badges at 10, 25, 50 and all 100 fully completed days mark how far you came.
Easier alternatives and rest days
Most goals have an easier alternative. “Choose an easier alternative” puts it in its place, and it counts the same as the original goal: the same square, streak and rewards. A rest day protects the streak on days life happens.
Pausing or switching
With another challenge going, you can pause this one any time. Resume later and you pick up on the same day you left. Remove it instead and your history stays: ticks, notes and photos. You always keep at least one challenge going. Up to 3 packs can be active at once, your main challenge included. Active and scheduled packs count; paused, finished and not started ones don't. You can own as many packs as you like and start them later.
What you own
Unlock Side Hustle 100 on its own ($9.99 or a free credit) and it's yours forever, to replay any time. All Access opens every pack while you're subscribed. Credits never expire, so use them when you're ready.
Pack guide
When a client or reply is not available
Use an accurately labeled sample, draft or role-play. Do not invent a customer, review, revenue figure or completed commission. A prepared or appropriately sent message counts; a response, purchase or referral is not required. Keep copyrighted and confidential material out of public samples unless you have permission.
Portfolio and profile prerequisites
Select real work or create a labeled practice sample before writing a case study; then assemble a portfolio and check the link before sending it. A headshot is optional for a personal profile or site and is not a universal resume requirement. Use a simple photo you have permission to use only where useful and customary; no paid shoot is required.
How to use task details
The task title names the action. Open its details for the method, examples and any relevant precautions; Why explains the purpose. Save the stated output or record the action you actually took. Paper and other suitable tools are valid alternatives. Do not mark a real-world result complete merely because a planning note was written. Writing tasks can be done in Journal, on paper or anywhere you like. Linking them to Journal is optional.
Kind selling
Selling here means helping the right people decide, not pushing. Be honest about what you offer, what it costs and what you can't promise, and never invent customers, results or reviews. The reach is the win: a kind, well aimed message counts whether or not anyone replies. Keep your leads list current with who you contacted, what they said and the next date. Follow up a couple of times, then close the loop kindly. Before contacting people you don't know, check the cold outreach rules where you live, say who you are, make it easy to opt out and stop right away if anyone asks.
