Every day has 3 goals: your daily core (the same every day), Task 2 and Task 3, each with a short why. Open a day to read all three.
Daily core Same every day
Draft one hook, caption or short script
Why: A steady supply of drafted words means each batch day starts with material ready, without filming every day.
Task 2
Write your niche in one sentence
Start one note or notebook called Content notes. At the top, finish this line: I make content for [who] about [what]. Make it narrow enough that a stranger could guess your next post. Try three versions, say each one out loud and keep the one that sounds like you, not a textbook.
Why: A clear niche tells people in one glance why they should follow you.
Task 3
Study the profiles of three niche creators
Find three creators who post about something close to your niche. Copy each one's bio line into your Content notes and underline the words that tell you who it is for.
Why: Seeing how others sum up their page shows what makes a niche clear in one glance.
Daily core Same every day
Draft one hook, caption or short script
Why: A steady supply of drafted words means each batch day starts with material ready, without filming every day.
Task 2
Write five post ideas for each of three content pillars
Pick three topics inside your niche you could talk about for a year, like tips, behind the scenes and your story. Give each a one word nickname and write five rough post ideas under each one.
Why: Pillars keep you from wondering what to post, because every idea has a home.
Task 3
Break down one post from a creator you admire
Pick one post you love and write its hook, its structure in three steps and how it ends, like a question or an invitation to follow.
Why: Naming the hook, structure and call to action in a post you love turns inspiration into a recipe you can use.
Daily core Same every day
Draft one hook, caption or short script
Why: A steady supply of drafted words means each batch day starts with material ready, without filming every day.
Task 2
Describe the one person you post for
Write a short paragraph about one viewer: what they want, what bugs them and when they scroll. Give them a first name. Every post from now on is a message to this person.
Why: Picturing one person helps you choose words that feel personal and specific.
Task 3
Read the comments on three big niche posts
Open three popular posts in your niche and read the first 20 comments on each. Write down three questions or complaints that come up more than once.
Why: Comment sections show what your viewer actually asks, loves and argues about.
Daily core Same every day
Draft one hook, caption or short script
Why: A steady supply of drafted words means each batch day starts with material ready, without filming every day.
Task 2
Save ten posts you wish you'd made
Scroll your niche on purpose. Save ten posts that stopped your thumb, and next to each one write why: the first line, the look, the topic or the pace. Circle the one you would rewatch today.
Why: Naming why a post stopped you gives you specific ideas to try in your own.
Task 3
Study the captions on your saved posts
Read the captions on five of your saved posts and copy each first line into your Content notes. Note which ones made you keep reading.
Why: Seeing how strong captions open and close shows you what keeps people reading past the first line.
Daily core Same every day
Draft one hook, caption or short script
Why: A steady supply of drafted words means each batch day starts with material ready, without filming every day.
Task 2
Book your weekly batch block
This pack runs on batching, so you won't film every day. Add one repeating weekly batch block of about an hour to your calendar, with a reminder. A short daily slot for your writing is optional. Then write a realistic first month target, like two or three posts or finished drafts a week, at the top of your Content notes.
Why: A set weekly block gives filming a place in your week, so posting doesn't depend on spare time.
Task 3
Write down the one platform you'll focus on and why
Pick the platform where your audience already spends time and where you enjoy posting. Write its name and one reason you chose it at the top of your content notes. You can add others later.
Why: One home base is easier to learn and grow than five half used accounts.
Daily core Same every day
Draft one hook, caption or short script
Why: A steady supply of drafted words means each batch day starts with material ready, without filming every day.
Task 2
Rewrite your bio so visitors get you in three seconds
Update your bio and profile photo so a new visitor knows in three seconds who you help and what you post. Borrow words from your Day 1 sentence, then ask someone what your bio says to them. No one to ask? Read it again after an hour away and check it says who and what.
Why: Your profile turns a curious viewer into a follower, or loses them.
Task 3
Archive posts that no longer fit your niche
Look through your posted content and archive or hide anything that no longer fits your niche, using your platform's archive option so nothing is deleted. No older posts yet? Write a one line rule for what belongs on your page.
Why: New visitors judge your page by its top rows, so old off topic posts can quietly send them away.
Daily core Same every day
Draft one hook, caption or short script
Why: A steady supply of drafted words means each batch day starts with material ready, without filming every day.
Task 2
Change one word in your niche notes
Light day. Reread your niche, pillars and viewer, and change one word that no longer feels true.
Why: Small edits now save you from posting in the wrong direction later.
Task 3
Write why you want to create at all
Write two or three sentences on why you want to make content, then one sentence on what you would still make if views stayed small.
Why: Your real reason is what keeps you posting on the weeks the views are quiet.

How Content Creator 100 works
What you do each day
3 goals a day. Your daily core, Draft one hook, caption or short script, is the same every day. The other two are new each day: Task 2 builds the habit and Task 3 adds a different angle. Each one comes with a short why.
Time and effort
Most days fit around a normal day, all 3 goals together. Some days are lighter, and nothing needs to happen at a set time.
Difficulty and pace
Steady. Small daily steps that grow a little each week. Some days ask a bit more. Milestone badges at 10, 25, 50 and all 100 fully completed days mark how far you came.
Easier alternatives and rest days
Most goals have an easier alternative. “Choose an easier alternative” puts it in its place, and it counts the same as the original goal: the same square, streak and rewards. A rest day protects the streak on days life happens.
Pausing or switching
With another challenge going, you can pause this one any time. Resume later and you pick up on the same day you left. Remove it instead and your history stays: ticks, notes and photos. You always keep at least one challenge going. Up to 3 packs can be active at once, your main challenge included. Active and scheduled packs count; paused, finished and not started ones don't. You can own as many packs as you like and start them later.
What you own
Unlock Content Creator 100 on its own ($9.99 or a free credit) and it's yours forever, to replay any time. All Access opens every pack while you're subscribed. Credits never expire, so use them when you're ready.
Pack guide
When a client or reply is not available
Use an accurately labeled sample, draft or role-play. Do not invent a customer, review, revenue figure or completed commission. A prepared or appropriately sent message counts; a response, purchase or referral is not required. Keep copyrighted and confidential material out of public samples unless you have permission.
Portfolio and profile prerequisites
Select real work or create a labeled practice sample before writing a case study; then assemble a portfolio and check the link before sending it. A headshot is optional for a personal profile or site and is not a universal resume requirement. Use a simple photo you have permission to use only where useful and customary; no paid shoot is required.
When progress stalls
At Days 25, 50 and 75, record outputs and responses separately. Identify the earliest weak step: finding the right audience, getting attention, demonstrating relevance, making a clear invitation or delivering useful work. Choose one change, complete one real test and set a review date. Switch channel or request targeted feedback when repeating the same approach is not helping; more volume alone is not the goal. Keep follow-up respectful and use a sample only when accurately labeled.
How to use task details
The task title names the action. Open its details for the method, examples and any relevant precautions; Why explains the purpose. Save the stated output or record the action you actually took. Paper and other suitable tools are valid alternatives. Do not mark a real-world result complete merely because a planning note was written. Writing tasks can be done in Journal, on paper or anywhere you like. Linking them to Journal is optional.
Earn 4 milestone badges
10, 25, 50 and all 100 fully completed days of Content Creator 100: your first achievement, then bronze, silver and gold. Days finished late count too.
