Every day has 3 goals: your daily core (the same every day), Task 2 and Task 3, each with a short why. Open a day to read all three.
Daily core Same every day
Move one item toward its next home
Why: One item at a time is how a full space quietly gets lighter, and an honest status keeps you clear on what has truly left.
Task 2
Start an honest items and proceeds log
Create columns for item, status, date it left, sale price, fees and costs. Record money received separately from asking prices. Choose one small area for the first week. Items merely listed are still in your home.
Why: An honest log from day one shows what really left and what you actually received, so your results are real and easy to trust.
Task 3
Walk your home and list five clutter hot spots
Why: A quick map of where clutter gathers tells you where the easiest wins are.
Daily core Same every day
Move one item toward its next home
Why: One item at a time is how a full space quietly gets lighter, and an honest status keeps you clear on what has truly left.
Task 2
Label three boxes Sell, Donate and Recycle
Grab three boxes or bags and label them Sell, Donate and Recycle. Park them somewhere out of the way but easy to reach, with a marker and tape beside them.
Why: Having a ready place for each item means every decision has somewhere to land.
Task 3
Write what a calmer home would give you
Why: Knowing what you want more of, like easy mornings or room to breathe, makes letting go easier.
Daily core Same every day
Move one item toward its next home
Why: One item at a time is how a full space quietly gets lighter, and an honest status keeps you clear on what has truly left.
Task 2
Clear out the fridge
Take everything out one shelf at a time, door included. Anything expired, forgotten or past its best goes, and jars get rinsed for recycling. Wipe each shelf before things go back, with the oldest food at the front.
Why: A cleared fridge is a quick, visible win you get to enjoy every time you open the door.
Task 3
Make one meal from food that needs using up
Look in your fridge and cupboards for food close to its date that is still safe to eat. Make one meal with it today and write down what you used.
Why: Cooking with what is already there turns today's sort into less waste and one less shop.
Daily core Same every day
Move one item toward its next home
Why: One item at a time is how a full space quietly gets lighter, and an honest status keeps you clear on what has truly left.
Task 2
Edit the bathroom cabinet
Pull out anything expired, dried up or used once and never again. Bin what is finished and donate unopened extras you will never use. Move your everyday items to eye level.
Why: The cabinet you open twice a day should only hold what you use.
Task 3
Write a use it up list
Why: Listing the products you have doubles of, and finishing them before buying more, stops the cabinet refilling.
Daily core Same every day
Move one item toward its next home
Why: One item at a time is how a full space quietly gets lighter, and an honest status keeps you clear on what has truly left.
Task 2
Empty the bag you carry most
Dump out your everyday bag. Receipts, wrappers, old tickets and dead lip balms go. Put back only what you truly use, with one pocket just for keys. No everyday bag? Clear out your coat pockets or wallet instead.
Why: A lighter bag is a tiny daily reminder that less feels better.
Task 3
Clear old cards and receipts from your wallet
Why: Expired cards and faded receipts make a wallet heavy for no reason.
Daily core Same every day
Move one item toward its next home
Why: One item at a time is how a full space quietly gets lighter, and an honest status keeps you clear on what has truly left.
Task 2
Empty and sort the junk drawer
Tip the whole drawer out onto a towel. Sort into keep, belongs somewhere else and out. Dried pens go, dead batteries get bagged for recycling, strays go back to their homes, and keepers return in small boxes so they stay put. No junk drawer? Pick the drawer or basket where small odds and ends collect.
Why: The drawer everyone dreads becomes one you can open without wincing.
Task 3
Sort the takeout menus and flyers
Why: Paper piles like these grow quietly, and most of what's in them is online anyway.
Daily core Same every day
Move one item toward its next home
Why: One item at a time is how a full space quietly gets lighter, and an honest status keeps you clear on what has truly left.
Task 2
Clear one surface back to bare
Light day. Pick one surface, like a nightstand or counter, and clear it completely. Put back only what earns its spot, plus one thing you love.
Why: One bare surface shows you what calm looks like in your own home.
Task 3
Write one line on how the clear spot feels
Why: Putting the feeling into words helps you want that calm in more places.

How Declutter and Sell 100 works
What you do each day
3 goals a day. Your daily core, Move one item toward its next home, is the same every day. The other two are new each day: Task 2 builds the habit and Task 3 adds a different angle. Each one comes with a short why.
Time and effort
Most days fit around a normal day, all 3 goals together. Some days are lighter, and nothing needs to happen at a set time.
Difficulty and pace
Gentle. Starts small and builds slowly. Good if you're brand new to this. Milestone badges at 10, 25, 50 and all 100 fully completed days mark how far you came.
Easier alternatives and rest days
Most goals have an easier alternative. “Choose an easier alternative” puts it in its place, and it counts the same as the original goal: the same square, streak and rewards. A rest day protects the streak on days life happens.
Pausing or switching
With another challenge going, you can pause this one any time. Resume later and you pick up on the same day you left. Remove it instead and your history stays: ticks, notes and photos. You always keep at least one challenge going. Up to 3 packs can be active at once, your main challenge included. Active and scheduled packs count; paused, finished and not started ones don't. You can own as many packs as you like and start them later.
What you own
Unlock Declutter and Sell 100 on its own ($9.99 or a free credit) and it's yours forever, to replay any time. All Access opens every pack while you're subscribed. Credits never expire, so use them when you're ready.
Pack guide
How to use task details
The task title names the action. Open its details for the method, examples and any relevant precautions; Why explains the purpose. Save the stated output or record the action you actually took. Paper and other suitable tools are valid alternatives. Do not mark a real-world result complete merely because a planning note was written. Writing tasks can be done in Journal, on paper or anywhere you like. Linking them to Journal is optional.

Questions
Good to know
Do I have to sell things?
No. Selling is there when it makes sense, and the daily core is just one thing out of your home, whether it's sold, donated or tossed.
Where do I start?
Day 1 starts your items out list and a daily reminder, and Day 2 sets up your three piles. Then you work through small spots like the fridge and the bathroom cabinet.
What if my home is already pretty tidy?
One item a day still adds up to 100 things gone by Day 100. Small spots like the bag you carry most almost always have something to let go.
What if I miss a day?
Life happens. The app has Rest Days, and your level never goes down.
