Every day has 3 goals: your daily core (the same every day), Task 2 and Task 3, each with a short why. Open a day to read all three.
Daily core Same every day
Keep a short work log
Why: A few honest lines a day help you see how much you are learning in a new role and where to put your energy next.
Task 2
Write what a great first 100 days looks like
Imagine Day 100 at this job going really well. Write half a page: what you've learned, who you know, what you've delivered and how you feel. Save it as My First 100 Days. Not started yet? Do it the night before your first day.
Why: Picturing a good outcome helps you notice the small steps that lead to it.
Task 3
Save your job description and offer details in one place
Why: Your role on paper is the starting point for every conversation about expectations and growth.
Daily core Same every day
Keep a short work log
Why: A few honest lines a day help you see how much you are learning in a new role and where to put your energy next.
Task 2
Start a people map
List everyone you've met or will work with: name, role, what they work on and one personal detail they mentioned. Add a question you'd like to ask each one.
Why: Remembering names and details helps your conversations feel personal from the start.
Task 3
Learn three names by heart
Why: Using someone's name early makes them feel seen and makes you memorable.

Task 2
Start your running questions list
Create one doc for every question that comes up: tools, terms, processes, who to ask. Add everything you've wondered so far, and mark which are urgent and which can wait for a one on one.
Why: Batching questions respects people's time and makes sure nothing important goes unasked.
Task 3
Pack tomorrow's bag and outfit tonight
Why: A calm morning in a new job starts the night before, and it frees your brain for the real work.
Daily core Same every day
Keep a short work log

Task 2
Explain what your team does in three sentences
Write three plain sentences: what your team does, who it serves and how it helps the organization succeed. Then write where your role fits. Leave blanks for what you're unsure about.
Why: Understanding the bigger picture helps you make good calls long before anyone explains everything.
Task 3
Walk the building or your online spaces for 10 minutes
Why: Knowing where the kitchen, quiet rooms or key channels are makes a new place feel like yours sooner.

Task 2
Write five questions for your expectations talk
Write five questions for your manager: What does success look like at 30, 60 and 90 days? What should I learn first? How do you like updates? What would make me a huge help this month? What should I avoid?
Why: Asking early turns vague expectations into a clear target you can hit.
Task 3
Book the conversation
Ask your manager for 20 to 30 minutes this week and put it on both calendars. Manager hard to reach? Send your five questions in writing instead.
Why: Getting it on the calendar in week one shows you're serious about doing this well.

Why: Knowing where things live saves hours of searching and a lot of repeated questions.

Save three contacts you'll message most
Why: Having the right people one tap away turns small questions into quick answers.

Name your first week win

Why: Week one is a lot, and noticing a win helps you walk into week two steady.
Task 3
Write one question to bring to week two
Write one question you want answered next week, like how a tool works or who owns a task. Add it to your Day 3 questions list.
Why: Starting week two with a clear question makes the first day back easier.

How New Job 100 works
What you do each day
3 goals a day. Your daily core, Keep a short work log, is the same every day. The other two are new each day: Task 2 builds the habit and Task 3 adds a different angle. Each one comes with a short why.
Time and effort
Most days fit around a normal day, all 3 goals together. Some days are lighter, and nothing needs to happen at a set time.
Difficulty and pace
Gentle. Starts small and builds slowly. Good if you're brand new to this. Milestone badges at 10, 25, 50 and all 100 fully completed days mark how far you came.
Easier alternatives and rest days
Most goals have an easier alternative. “Choose an easier alternative” puts it in its place, and it counts the same as the original goal: the same square, streak and rewards. A rest day protects the streak on days life happens.
Pausing or switching
With another challenge going, you can pause this one any time. Resume later and you pick up on the same day you left. Remove it instead and your history stays: ticks, notes and photos. You always keep at least one challenge going. Up to 3 packs can be active at once, your main challenge included. Active and scheduled packs count; paused, finished and not started ones don't. You can own as many packs as you like and start them later.
What you own
Unlock New Job 100 on its own ($9.99 or a free credit) and it's yours forever, to replay any time. All Access opens every pack while you're subscribed. Credits never expire, so use them when you're ready.
Pack guide
How to use task details
The task title names the action. Open its details for the method, examples and any relevant precautions; Why explains the purpose. Save the stated output or record the action you actually took. Paper and other suitable tools are valid alternatives. Do not mark a real-world result complete merely because a planning note was written. Writing tasks can be done in Journal, on paper or anywhere you like. Linking them to Journal is optional.
Workdays and days off
Some tasks involve your manager or teammates. Do those parts during working hours through the normal work channel. If a pack day falls on a day off, do the private part, like drafting a question or notes, and save any message for your next workday. A request counts when you send it; other people's replies are outside your control.
Earn 4 milestone badges
10, 25, 50 and all 100 fully completed days of New Job 100: your first achievement, then bronze, silver and gold. Days finished late count too.
