Every day has 3 goals: your daily core (the same every day), Task 2 and Task 3, each with a short why. Open a day to read all three.
Daily core Same every day
Complete one job search action
Why: One finished action at a time keeps your search moving and shows what is working, without letting the search take over your life.
Task 2
Write your job search goal in one line
Write the role, level and kind of workplace you want next in one sentence. Then list three must haves, like remote or a pay floor, and three nice to haves. New grad or changing careers? Aim for direction, not perfection.
Why: A clear target gives every other step in this pack something specific to aim at.
Task 3
Make a job search tracker and add roles you've found
In a free spreadsheet or notebook, make columns for role, company, link, date applied, contact, reply and next step. Add any roles you've already found.
Why: One sheet for roles, contacts, dates and replies means nothing slips through the cracks.
Daily core Same every day
Complete one job search action
Why: One finished action at a time keeps your search moving and shows what is working, without letting the search take over your life.
Task 2
List your ten proudest wins
Write ten things you achieved at work, school, volunteering or in life. Add a number wherever you can: time saved, people helped, money raised, grades, growth. Small wins count.
Why: These wins become your resume bullets, your posts and your interview stories later on.
Task 3
Ask two people what they come to you for
Ask two people what they usually come to you for and write their exact words. No one to ask? Reread old feedback, reviews or kind messages and note what they mention.
Why: How others see your strengths often reveals your real selling point.
Daily core Same every day
Complete one job search action
Why: One finished action at a time keeps your search moving and shows what is working, without letting the search take over your life.
Task 2
Draft your value proposition
Finish this sentence three ways: I help [who] do [what] by [how], shown by [one proof]. Pull the proof from your wins list. Pick the version you'd feel good saying out loud to a stranger.
Why: A clear value proposition is the heart of your personal brand and every intro you'll make.
Task 3
Test your value line on a friend
Read your value line to a friend and ask them to say back what you do. No one available? Record it, listen the next day and mark any unclear words.
Why: Their reaction shows which words land and which need a little more work.
Daily core Same every day
Complete one job search action
Why: One finished action at a time keeps your search moving and shows what is working, without letting the search take over your life.
Task 2
Build your target company list
List 20 organizations you'd genuinely like to work for. Mix dream names with realistic ones, and include smaller places people overlook. Add them to your tracker with a line on why each one appeals.
Why: A target list turns a vague search into a focused campaign.
Task 3
Set job alerts for your target roles
Why: Alerts bring fresh roles to you, so you can apply early when it counts most.
Daily core Same every day
Complete one job search action
Why: One finished action at a time keeps your search moving and shows what is working, without letting the search take over your life.
Task 2
Collect keywords from ten job posts
Open ten postings for your target role. Copy the skills, tools and phrases that repeat into one list, and star the ones you already have and can talk about.
Why: Recruiters and screening software search for these words, so your materials should speak the same language.
Task 3
Name one skill gap worth closing
Why: One named gap becomes a learning project and proof of initiative in the weeks ahead.
Daily core Same every day
Complete one job search action
Why: One finished action at a time keeps your search moving and shows what is working, without letting the search take over your life.
Task 2
Send a first application or finish its essentials
Choose one real vacancy that fits your essential requirements. Use an existing accurate resume, or make a simple first version from Days 2 to 5 and check dates and contact details. Tailor it to the vacancy and submit through the employer's stated route when ready. If an essential requirement is missing, complete one concrete missing section today and set the submission date; do not wait for a perfect portfolio.
Why: One accurate, tailored application to a role that truly fits gets your search out of planning and into motion.
Task 3
Put one thing just for you in your calendar each week
Pick one small thing you enjoy that has nothing to do with job hunting, like a walk, a hobby or a call with a friend. Put it in your calendar as a repeating weekly event.
Why: Joy and rest are part of the plan, not a reward you have to earn by getting hired.
Daily core Same every day
Complete one job search action
Why: One finished action at a time keeps your search moving and shows what is working, without letting the search take over your life.
Task 2
Count your applications and fix one bottleneck
Open the tracker. Count suitable roles found, applications actually submitted and replies. Name the earliest bottleneck: finding roles, completing materials or submitting. Complete one small fix today, such as correcting a broken link or adding an alternate job title to alerts.
Why: Counting what actually happened shows the earliest place your search gets stuck, so one small fix can make a real difference.
Task 3
Take a short walk and enjoy it
Why: A week of setup is real work, and a little fresh air helps it all settle.

How Job Hunt 100 works
What you do each day
3 goals a day. Your daily core, Complete one job search action, is the same every day. The other two are new each day: Task 2 builds the habit and Task 3 adds a different angle. Each one comes with a short why.
Time and effort
Most days fit around a normal day, all 3 goals together. Some days are lighter, and nothing needs to happen at a set time.
Difficulty and pace
Challenging. A real daily commitment from the first week, building to bigger sessions. Milestone badges at 10, 25, 50 and all 100 fully completed days mark how far you came.
Easier alternatives and rest days
Most goals have an easier alternative. “Choose an easier alternative” puts it in its place, and it counts the same as the original goal: the same square, streak and rewards. A rest day protects the streak on days life happens.
Pausing or switching
With another challenge going, you can pause this one any time. Resume later and you pick up on the same day you left. Remove it instead and your history stays: ticks, notes and photos. You always keep at least one challenge going. Up to 3 packs can be active at once, your main challenge included. Active and scheduled packs count; paused, finished and not started ones don't. You can own as many packs as you like and start them later.
What you own
Unlock Job Hunt 100 on its own ($9.99 or a free credit) and it's yours forever, to replay any time. All Access opens every pack while you're subscribed. Credits never expire, so use them when you're ready.
Pack guide
Portfolio and profile prerequisites
Select real work or create a labeled practice sample before writing a case study; then assemble a portfolio and check the link before sending it. A headshot is optional for a personal profile or site and is not a universal resume requirement. Use a simple photo you have permission to use only where useful and customary; no paid shoot is required.
How to use task details
The task title names the action. Open its details for the method, examples and any relevant precautions; Why explains the purpose. Save the stated output or record the action you actually took. Paper and other suitable tools are valid alternatives. Do not mark a real-world result complete merely because a planning note was written. Writing tasks can be done in Journal, on paper or anywhere you like. Linking them to Journal is optional.
Earn 4 milestone badges
10, 25, 50 and all 100 fully completed days of Job Hunt 100: your first achievement, then bronze, silver and gold. Days finished late count too.
