Every day has 3 goals: your daily core (the same every day), Task 2 and Task 3, each with a short why. Open a day to read all three.
Daily core Same every day
Take two calm minutes
Why: Two calm minutes and a one word check in give you a steady pause and help you choose the care today needs.
Task 2
Map what drains you and what recharges you
Make two short lists on paper or in any notes app: what drains your energy and what gives some back. Aim for three to five on each side. Small things count, like a noisy room or a warm drink. Keep it private.
Why: A simple baseline shows where your energy tends to go, so the next steps can fit your real life.
Task 3
Do one thing from your recharges list for ten minutes
Why: Using a recharge on the day you name it turns the list into something you can act on.
Daily core Same every day
Take two calm minutes
Why: Two calm minutes and a one word check in give you a steady pause and help you choose the care today needs.
Task 2
Circle the three needs you notice most lately
Look over this list: rest, food, quiet, company, movement, fresh air, fun, help. Write down the three you've noticed most often lately. No need to explain why or share them.
Why: Naming needs in plain words makes them easier to meet in small, everyday ways.
Task 3
Drink a glass of water with each meal today
Why: Pairing water with meals is an easy way to drink more without having to remember.
Daily core Same every day
Take two calm minutes
Why: Two calm minutes and a one word check in give you a steady pause and help you choose the care today needs.
Task 2
Finish the sentence "When I'm low on energy, I can..."
Pick one simple thing that helps when your energy dips: a glass of water, a short walk, a stretch, five quiet minutes or a text to someone. Write it as "When I'm low on energy, I can..." and finish the sentence.
Why: Deciding ahead means you don't have to think hard when you're already tired.
Task 3
Write down one moment today when your energy felt a bit higher
Write the time and what you were doing, in a word or two.
Why: Spotting what's going on during better moments gives you clues about what helps.
Daily core Same every day
Take two calm minutes
Why: Two calm minutes and a one word check in give you a steady pause and help you choose the care today needs.
Task 2
Name the people who feel easy to be around
Write down a few people who feel easy to be around, at home, at work, nearby or online. One name is enough. You don't need to contact anyone today.
Why: Knowing who you could turn to is part of a support set, even before you need it.
Task 3
Write down one place that helps you feel settled
A park bench, a library, a corner of your home or a route you like to walk.
Why: A settling place is a support you can return to without needing anyone else.
Daily core Same every day
Take two calm minutes
Why: Two calm minutes and a one word check in give you a steady pause and help you choose the care today needs.
Task 2
Try one way to rest that you genuinely like
Rest looks different for everyone. Some options are lying down, sitting outside, a slow shower, a puzzle, doodling or quiet music. Choose one that sounds good to you, not one you think you should like, and try it for ten minutes today.
Why: Rest you enjoy is rest you're more likely to come back to.
Task 3
Write one time this week you could rest this way again
Why: Picking a time makes it more likely the rest you liked happens again.
Daily core Same every day
Take two calm minutes
Why: Two calm minutes and a one word check in give you a steady pause and help you choose the care today needs.
Task 2
Note the time when you first feel you need a break
Today, watch for one or two moments when you start to feel stretched, like a tight jaw, a short temper or rereading the same line. Note the time and what was going on. No need to fix anything.
Why: Early signals give you a chance to step away before you're running on empty.
Task 3
Step away from your screen for five minutes
Stand up, look at something far away or get a drink. Come back when the timer ends.
Why: Short screen breaks give your eyes and attention a rest during long days.
Daily core Same every day
Take two calm minutes
Why: Two calm minutes and a one word check in give you a steady pause and help you choose the care today needs.
Task 2
Mark one support that felt doable this week
Skim your drains and recharges lists and anything else you noted this week. Mark one support that felt doable. Skipped days are fine; just look at what's there.
Why: A short look back helps you keep what fits and quietly drop what doesn't.
Task 3
Wrap up in a soft blanket for ten minutes
Why: A few warm, still minutes are an easy way to rest on a light day.

How Reset and Recharge 100 works
What you do each day
3 goals a day. Your daily core, Take two calm minutes, is the same every day. The other two are new each day: Task 2 builds the habit and Task 3 adds a different angle. Each one comes with a short why.
Time and effort
Most days fit around a normal day, all 3 goals together. Some days are lighter, and nothing needs to happen at a set time.
Difficulty and pace
Gentle. Starts small and builds slowly. Good if you're brand new to this. Milestone badges at 10, 25, 50 and all 100 fully completed days mark how far you came.
Easier alternatives and rest days
Most goals have an easier alternative. “Choose an easier alternative” puts it in its place, and it counts the same as the original goal: the same square, streak and rewards. A rest day protects the streak on days life happens.
Pausing or switching
With another challenge going, you can pause this one any time. Resume later and you pick up on the same day you left. Remove it instead and your history stays: ticks, notes and photos. You always keep at least one challenge going. Up to 3 packs can be active at once, your main challenge included. Active and scheduled packs count; paused, finished and not started ones don't. You can own as many packs as you like and start them later.
What you own
Unlock Reset and Recharge 100 on its own ($9.99 or a free credit) and it's yours forever, to replay any time. All Access opens every pack while you're subscribed. Credits never expire, so use them when you're ready.
Pack guide
Your two calm minutes
Every day starts with two calm minutes. Choose slow breathing, in for 4 and out for 6, or noticing what's around you, like sounds, colors and textures. Then name your energy in one word. Linking it to something you already do, like making a drink, makes it easier to remember.
Grounding options
Every grounding exercise has two ways in: gentle breathing, or noticing what is around you, like sounds, textures and what you can see. Use whichever feels better, and stop either one if it feels uncomfortable.
Sharing is optional
Nothing here asks you to explain private experiences. Reaching out counts the moment you send it; nobody's reply is part of the task.
How to use task details
The task title names the action. Open its details for the method, examples and any relevant precautions; Why explains the purpose. Save the stated output or record the action you actually took. Paper and other suitable tools are valid alternatives. Do not mark a real-world result complete merely because a planning note was written. Writing tasks can be done in Journal, on paper or anywhere you like. Linking them to Journal is optional.
