Every day starts with the same thing, keeping your wake time, weekends too, plus one or two small new actions. In the first week you pick your wake time and bedtime, set up a one alarm morning, get ten minutes of morning light and make your bedroom darker. Nothing to buy.

Every day has 3 goals: your daily core (the same every day), Task 2 and Task 3, each with a short why. Open a day to read all three.
Daily core Same every day
Do your waking step
Why: A small waking routine you control gives your body clock a steady daily signal, even on days when the night did not go to plan.
Task 2
Choose your wake time and bedtime
Choose a wake time you can keep on most days, and keep weekends within about an hour of it where you can. Count back the sleep you usually need (most adults need 7 to 9 hours) plus about 30 minutes to settle, and that is your target bedtime. Write both on a sticky on your bedroom door. Shift work, caregiving or illness? Write the time for your most common pattern; on other days the core moves with you. Easier: keep your current weekday wake time.
Why: A realistic wake time is the anchor for your daily waking step, and a bedtime worked back from it protects a full night.
Task 3
Start a simple sleep diary
Title a page in a notebook or a Journal entry "Sleep diary." Write today's date, roughly when you got into bed last night, when you woke and how rested you feel from 1 to 5. From tomorrow, your daily waking step adds one line like this, and your Day 25, 50, 75 and 100 checks read it back.
Why: A simple record of your own nights gives you real evidence to look back on, instead of guessing.
Daily core Same every day
Do your waking step
Why: A small waking routine you control gives your body clock a steady daily signal, even on days when the night did not go to plan.
Task 2
Set one alarm and charge your phone across the room
Set a single alarm for your wake time, repeating on the days you use it, and delete the backups. Charge the phone or clock across the room tonight with a glass of water beside it, so turning it off means standing up and taking a sip. Easier: keep it close, but just one alarm.
Why: One clear alarm beats a stack of snoozes that chop up your last bit of sleep, and standing up is half of waking up.
Task 3
Write how your sleep has been lately
Why: A few honest lines about your nights and mornings now give you a starting point to look back on at Day 25.
Daily core Same every day
Do your waking step
Why: A small waking routine you control gives your body clock a steady daily signal, even on days when the night did not go to plan.
Task 2
Get ten minutes of morning light
Within an hour of your wake time, get outside for ten minutes. Front step, balcony, a lap of the block with your drink in hand. Cloudy days count. Easier: stand at an open window for five minutes.
Why: Morning daylight is one of the strongest signals telling your body clock it is daytime, which helps you feel sleepy at the right time tonight.
Task 3
Keep your phone away for your first 15 minutes
Why: Starting with light and quiet instead of messages makes your mornings calmer and the wake time easier to love.
Take care: No need to look at the sun. Just be out in the daylight.
Daily core Same every day
Do your waking step
Why: A small waking routine you control gives your body clock a steady daily signal, even on days when the night did not go to plan.
Task 2
Make your bedroom darker
Tonight, lie in bed with the lights off for a minute and spot everything glowing or leaking in: standby lights, a charger, streetlight through a gap. Fix two or three with what you have: tape over a light, a towel along the curtain gap, a clock turned to the wall. Easier: fix the brightest one.
Why: A darker room helps you stay asleep through the early morning, right up to your wake time.
Task 3
Take a 10 minute walk after lunch
Why: Daytime movement and afternoon light build the healthy tiredness that helps you fall asleep at night.
Daily core Same every day
Do your waking step
Why: A small waking routine you control gives your body clock a steady daily signal, even on days when the night did not go to plan.
Task 2
Start a lights down hour
Pick a time about an hour before your target bedtime and set a gentle reminder for it. Tonight when it goes off, switch off the big overhead lights and use one or two lamps until bed. Easier: dim just the room you are in.
Why: Dim evening light helps your body start winding down on its own, and a set time stops the evening drifting on.
Task 3
Read on paper for 15 minutes before bed
Read something light on paper by a lamp: a book, a magazine or printed pages. Nothing to read at home? Some options are a free public library card, a little free library or a magazine from a friend.
Why: A few pages of something light by lamplight gives your mind a calm place to land at the end of the day.
Daily core Same every day
Do your waking step
Why: A small waking routine you control gives your body clock a steady daily signal, even on days when the night did not go to plan.
Task 2
Clear your nightstand of everything but sleep things
Clear everything off your nightstand that is not about sleep and give it a wipe. Leave a notebook, a pen, a glass of water and a lamp if you have one. Tonight, write one line in the notebook about how you feel as you get into bed. Easier: clear half of it.
Why: A calm spot next to your head sends a calm message, and a notebook within reach catches thoughts so they stop circling.
Task 3
Put a calm paper book on your nightstand
Pick a calm, light book you already have and put it by your bed. No books at home? Some options are a free public library card, a little free library or a book borrowed from a friend.
Why: A book waiting by the bed makes reaching for it easier than reaching for your phone.
Daily core Same every day
Do your waking step
Why: A small waking routine you control gives your body clock a steady daily signal, even on days when the night did not go to plan.
Task 2
Find your easiest morning
Rest and review. Look back at your first six days: which wake up felt easiest, and what made it easier? Write one line in your notebook. Easier: just name the day.
Why: Noticing what worked is how a week of effort turns into a habit.
Task 3
Turn lights out 15 minutes earlier tonight
Why: A little extra rest after your first week gives your new wake time a softer landing.

How Sleep Reset 100 works
What you do each day
3 goals a day. Your daily core, Do your waking step, is the same every day. The other two are new each day: Task 2 builds the habit and Task 3 adds a different angle. Each one comes with a short why.
Time and effort
Most days fit around a normal day, all 3 goals together. Some days are lighter, and nothing needs to happen at a set time.
Difficulty and pace
Gentle. Starts small and builds slowly. Good if you're brand new to this. Milestone badges at 10, 25, 50 and all 100 fully completed days mark how far you came.
Easier alternatives and rest days
Most goals have an easier alternative. “Choose an easier alternative” puts it in its place, and it counts the same as the original goal: the same square, streak and rewards. A rest day protects the streak on days life happens.
Pausing or switching
With another challenge going, you can pause this one any time. Resume later and you pick up on the same day you left. Remove it instead and your history stays: ticks, notes and photos. You always keep at least one challenge going. Up to 3 packs can be active at once, your main challenge included. Active and scheduled packs count; paused, finished and not started ones don't. You can own as many packs as you like and start them later.
What you own
Unlock Sleep Reset 100 on its own ($9.99 or a free credit) and it's yours forever, to replay any time. All Access opens every pack while you're subscribed. Credits never expire, so use them when you're ready.

How to use task details
The task title names the action. Open its details for the method, examples and any relevant precautions; Why explains the purpose. Save the stated output or record the action you actually took. Paper and other suitable tools are valid alternatives. Do not mark a real-world result complete merely because a planning note was written. Writing tasks can be done in Journal, on paper or anywhere you like. Linking them to Journal is optional.
Earn 4 milestone badges
