Every day has 3 goals: your daily core (the same every day), Task 2 and Task 3, each with a short why. Open a day to read all three.
Daily core Same every day
Get dressed on purpose
Why: Choosing what you wear with intention, even for a day at home, teaches you what feels like you.
Task 2
Take a closet inventory
Pull everything out of your closet and drawers, or start with just tops if that feels like a lot. Sort into three piles: love, like and rarely wear. Put the love and like piles back first. Write what you reach for most and what the rarely pile has in common.
Why: Seeing everything at once shows you what you actually wear, and that is where your real style already lives.
Task 3
Write how you want to feel in your clothes
Write three words for how you want to feel in your clothes, like comfortable, confident or put together.
Why: Knowing how you want to feel gives you a compass for every choice in this pack.
Take care: This pack never asks you to buy anything. Everything uses the clothes you already own, and every body is a good body to dress.
Daily core Same every day
Get dressed on purpose
Why: Choosing what you wear with intention, even for a day at home, teaches you what feels like you.
Task 2
Study your five favorite pieces
Pick the five pieces you love most. For each, write why: how it fits, how it feels, the color, the fabric, a memory. Then look for what they share, like a soft fabric, a certain color or a relaxed shape.
Why: Your favorites are clues, and the patterns in them point straight to your personal style.
Task 3
Find one more piece that shares your favorites' pattern
Look through the rest of your closet for one piece that shares what your five favorites have in common, like the fabric, color or shape. Move it to the front where you will see it.
Why: Finding a hidden match shows you own more of your style than you thought.

Why: Choosing what you wear with intention, even for a day at home, teaches you what feels like you.
Task 2
Write your three style words and stick them in your closet
Using your favorites and your feeling words, choose three words that describe the style you want, like relaxed, polished and playful or classic, cozy and bold. Write them on a card and stick it inside your closet. Use them as a checklist when you choose your core outfit. No favorites or feeling words yet? Pick three pieces you love right now and work from those.
Why: Three words turn a closet full of options into clear, quick choices.
Task 3
Find one outfit that already fits all three words
Why: Spotting a look you already own that matches your words shows your style is already in your closet.
Daily core Same every day
Get dressed on purpose
Why: Choosing what you wear with intention, even for a day at home, teaches you what feels like you.
Task 2
Make a mood board of looks you love
Collect 15 images of outfits you love: screenshots, photos from magazines you have, or pictures of yourself on great days. Put them in one folder or on one page. Circle what repeats: colors, shapes, shoes, layers or details.
Why: A mood board makes the style in your head visible, so you can recreate it with what you own.
Task 3
Write three things the images have in common
Why: Naming the patterns turns inspiration into a plan you can use in your own closet.
Daily core Same every day
Get dressed on purpose
Why: Choosing what you wear with intention, even for a day at home, teaches you what feels like you.
Task 2
Style one piece three ways
Pick one versatile piece, like a button up shirt, a pair of jeans or a plain dress. Build three different outfits around it using only what you own: one casual, one dressed up, one surprising. Photograph each.
Why: Seeing one piece work three ways shows you more outfit options from what you already own.
Task 3
Ask someone which of the three looks suits you
Show a friend or family member the photos and ask which they like. No one available? Rate each look yourself from 1 to 5.
Why: A trusted second opinion can spot something you love but would not have picked on your own.
Daily core Same every day
Get dressed on purpose
Why: Choosing what you wear with intention, even for a day at home, teaches you what feels like you.
Task 2
Start an outfit photo diary
Take a full length photo of today's outfit in the same spot with the same light. Write one line: how it felt from 1 to 5 and why. Keep doing this whenever you like an outfit.
Why: Photos show you what works in a way a mirror cannot, and each one adds to your own record of outfits.
Task 3
Clear a spot for your photos
Why: A tidy corner with good light makes your photo diary easy to keep up.

Why: Choosing what you wear with intention, even for a day at home, teaches you what feels like you.
Task 2
Look back at week one
Light day. Look at your style words, mood board and outfit photos. Write one thing you learned about your style this week.
Why: A quick look back turns a week of trying things into real self knowledge.
Task 3
Choose one closet experiment for next week
From your notes so far, pick one thing to try next week, like a color you rarely wear or a piece from your rarely wear pile. Write it on your style card or in a note.
Why: A small plan for next week keeps your experiments going without extra effort.

How Personal Style 100 works
What you do each day
3 goals a day. Your daily core, Get dressed on purpose, is the same every day. The other two are new each day: Task 2 builds the habit and Task 3 adds a different angle. Each one comes with a short why.
Time and effort
Most days fit around a normal day, all 3 goals together. Some days are lighter, and nothing needs to happen at a set time.
Difficulty and pace
Gentle. Starts small and builds slowly. Good if you're brand new to this. Milestone badges at 10, 25, 50 and all 100 fully completed days mark how far you came.
Easier alternatives and rest days
Most goals have an easier alternative. “Choose an easier alternative” puts it in its place, and it counts the same as the original goal: the same square, streak and rewards. A rest day protects the streak on days life happens.
Pausing or switching
With another challenge going, you can pause this one any time. Resume later and you pick up on the same day you left. Remove it instead and your history stays: ticks, notes and photos. You always keep at least one challenge going. Up to 3 packs can be active at once, your main challenge included. Active and scheduled packs count; paused, finished and not started ones don't. You can own as many packs as you like and start them later.
What you own
Unlock Personal Style 100 on its own ($9.99 or a free credit) and it's yours forever, to replay any time. All Access opens every pack while you're subscribed. Credits never expire, so use them when you're ready.

How to use task details
The task title names the action. Open its details for the method, examples and any relevant precautions; Why explains the purpose. Save the stated output or record the action you actually took. Paper and other suitable tools are valid alternatives. Do not mark a real-world result complete merely because a planning note was written. Writing tasks can be done in Journal, on paper or anywhere you like. Linking them to Journal is optional.
Earn 4 milestone badges
10, 25, 50 and all 100 fully completed days of Personal Style 100: your first achievement, then bronze, silver and gold. Days finished late count too.
