Every day has 3 goals: your daily core (the same every day), Task 2 and Task 3, each with a short why. Open a day to read all three.
Daily core Same every day
Add a fruit or vegetable to a meal
Why: Adding a fruit or vegetable you enjoy brings color, fiber and variety to your plate without counting or cutting anything.
Task 2
Take stock of your kitchen
Open your fridge, freezer and cupboards and write a note titled Nourish start with three parts: foods you enjoy that leave you feeling good, three meals you can already make without a recipe (toast with eggs counts), and a starting check where you rate from 1 to 5 how easy it feels to add a fruit or vegetable to a meal and your usual energy after meals. Use something you found for your core today. Done when the note is saved.
Why: Eating better starts with what you already have and already like, not a shopping trip or a set of rules.
Task 3
Keep a full water bottle in sight all day
Why: A bottle in sight is an easy reminder to sip water through the day.
Daily core Same every day
Add a fruit or vegetable to a meal
Why: Adding a fruit or vegetable you enjoy brings color, fiber and variety to your plate without counting or cutting anything.
Task 2
Build a no cook breakfast
Put together a breakfast with no stove: yogurt or plant yogurt with fruit and oats or granola, toast with nut or seed butter and banana, or leftovers from last night. Add a fruit to count toward today's core.
Why: A breakfast you can make in two minutes is a breakfast that actually happens on busy mornings.
Task 3
Write how you want food to make you feel
Why: Words like steady, energized or cozy give you a simple way to check how a meal worked for you.
Take care: Swap anything for foods that suit your allergies, beliefs and budget. Every idea in this pack has a swap.
Daily core Same every day
Add a fruit or vegetable to a meal
Why: Adding a fruit or vegetable you enjoy brings color, fiber and variety to your plate without counting or cutting anything.
Task 2
Build a colorful lunch bowl
Start with a base like rice, greens, pasta or bread. Add a protein like beans, eggs, tofu, canned fish or leftover chicken. Add two colors from any fruit or vegetable, fresh, frozen or canned. Finish with a sauce you love.
Why: A simple bowl formula means you never need a recipe to put together a satisfying meal.
Task 3
Take a 10 minute walk after lunch
Why: A short walk after eating feels good and adds easy movement to your day.
Daily core Same every day
Add a fruit or vegetable to a meal
Why: Adding a fruit or vegetable you enjoy brings color, fiber and variety to your plate without counting or cutting anything.
Task 2
Drink water with every meal
Have a glass of water with breakfast, lunch and dinner today. If plain water is boring, add sliced citrus, cucumber, berries or mint from your kitchen.
Why: Tying water to meals makes drinking enough automatic, without apps or tracking.
Task 3
Rate your energy from 1 to 5 mid afternoon
Around 3 pm, rate your energy from 1 to 5 and write what you last ate and drank.
Why: Checking in at the usual slump time shows you how food and water affect your day.
Daily core Same every day
Add a fruit or vegetable to a meal
Why: Adding a fruit or vegetable you enjoy brings color, fiber and variety to your plate without counting or cutting anything.
Task 2
Pack a snack box for the week
Wash and cut some vegetables or fruit, then fill containers with snack pairs: carrots with hummus, apple with cheese, cucumber with a yogurt dip, or crackers with nut butter. Make enough for three days.
Why: When a good snack is ready and waiting, the easy choice is one you already prepared.
Task 3
Put your snack boxes at the front of the fridge
Why: Front and center is where good snacks get noticed and eaten first.
Daily core Same every day
Add a fruit or vegetable to a meal
Why: Adding a fruit or vegetable you enjoy brings color, fiber and variety to your plate without counting or cutting anything.
Task 2
Eat one meal without a screen
Sit down for one meal with your phone and TV off. Notice the colors, smells and taste. Put your fork down between a few bites and notice when you feel comfortably satisfied.
Why: Paying attention helps you enjoy food more and notice what your body needs.
Task 3
Take a 10 minute walk after dinner
Why: A gentle walk after eating helps you feel good and wind down.
Daily core Same every day
Add a fruit or vegetable to a meal
Why: Adding a fruit or vegetable you enjoy brings color, fiber and variety to your plate without counting or cutting anything.
Task 2
Write your easiest habit and favorite produce
Light day. Write which new habit felt easiest this week and which fruit or vegetable you enjoyed most.
Why: Noticing what is already working keeps you going. Every small add counts.
Task 3
Sit in the sun with a cup of something warm
Why: A light day is for slowing down, and a calm moment is its own kind of nourishment.

How Nourish 100 works
What you do each day
3 goals a day. Your daily core, Add a fruit or vegetable to a meal, is the same every day. The other two are new each day: Task 2 builds the habit and Task 3 adds a different angle. Each one comes with a short why.
Time and effort
Most days fit around a normal day, all 3 goals together. Some days are lighter, and nothing needs to happen at a set time.
Difficulty and pace
Gentle. Starts small and builds slowly. Good if you're brand new to this. Milestone badges at 10, 25, 50 and all 100 fully completed days mark how far you came.
Easier alternatives and rest days
Most goals have an easier alternative. “Choose an easier alternative” puts it in its place, and it counts the same as the original goal: the same square, streak and rewards. A rest day protects the streak on days life happens.
Pausing or switching
With another challenge going, you can pause this one any time. Resume later and you pick up on the same day you left. Remove it instead and your history stays: ticks, notes and photos. You always keep at least one challenge going. Up to 3 packs can be active at once, your main challenge included. Active and scheduled packs count; paused, finished and not started ones don't. You can own as many packs as you like and start them later.
What you own
Unlock Nourish 100 on its own ($9.99 or a free credit) and it's yours forever, to replay any time. All Access opens every pack while you're subscribed. Credits never expire, so use them when you're ready.
Pack guide
Food preparation and storage
Use the Cook food-safety reference for temperatures, chilling and leftovers. Keep allergens visible and ask before serving someone else; do not conceal ingredients. Follow medical diets and texture needs. Frozen ingredients may require cooking according to their labels. Use a reliable recipe where a prompt does not supply a complete cooking method.
How to use task details
The task title names the action. Open its details for the method, examples and any relevant precautions; Why explains the purpose. Save the stated output or record the action you actually took. Paper and other suitable tools are valid alternatives. Do not mark a real-world result complete merely because a planning note was written. Writing tasks can be done in Journal, on paper or anywhere you like. Linking them to Journal is optional.
