Every day has 3 goals: your daily core (the same every day), Task 2 and Task 3, each with a short why. Open a day to read all three.
Daily core Same every day
Follow your familiar skincare basics
Why: Simple, familiar care that suits your skin is easy to repeat, and sun protection plus shade gives your skin steady support every day you are outside.
Task 2
Build your simple shelf
Gather the skincare products you own into one spot and sort them into cleanse, moisturize, protect and other. Keep anything prescribed or recommended by a clinician in use exactly as directed. Set the other extras aside for now rather than throwing them out. Put your cleanser and moisturizer by the sink and your sunscreen where you get ready, then do tonight's basics with them plus any prescribed step.
Why: A short, visible routine is easier to repeat than a crowded shelf, and keeping prescribed care in place means nothing you need gets dropped.
Task 3
Write your starting routine and comfort note
Write your current routine step by step, morning and night, including any prescribed care. Add a comfort note: how your skin feels today, such as comfortable, tight, oily, itchy or sore. Add one realistic care goal that is not about appearance. Save it as your Day 1 starting note; later review days compare with it. A private photo is optional.
Why: A short starting note gives your later look backs something real to compare with.
Daily core Same every day
Follow your familiar skincare basics
Why: Simple, familiar care that suits your skin is easy to repeat, and sun protection plus shade gives your skin steady support every day you are outside.
Task 2
Rinse lukewarm and pat dry
Each time you cleanse today, use lukewarm water, never hot. Pick a clean towel just for your face, give it its own hook, and pat your skin dry instead of rubbing. Put yesterday's towel in the wash and plan to swap the face towel every few days.
Why: Hot water and rubbing strip the oils your skin barrier needs to stay calm, and a damp shared towel collects bacteria from everything else.
Task 3
List the products you already use
Write the name and step of each skincare product you own, including anything prescribed, in one note titled Product list. Mark the ones you use now. Day 56 updates this list.
Why: Knowing exactly what you already own keeps you from doubling up and makes it easier to spot what your skin actually tolerates.
Daily core Same every day
Follow your familiar skincare basics
Why: Simple, familiar care that suits your skin is easy to repeat, and sun protection plus shade gives your skin steady support every day you are outside.
Task 2
Check your sunscreen and wear it
Find your sunscreen and check three things: broad spectrum, SPF 30 or higher, and a date that has not passed. Save that checklist in your notes. Then put it on this morning over your moisturizer, face, neck and ears. No sunscreen yet? Use shade, a hat or clothing today and keep the checklist for whenever you choose one.
Why: Checking your sunscreen and putting it on today means your skin has protection for whatever the day brings.
Task 3
Write when you will be outside this week
List the times this week you expect to be outside in daylight, like a commute, errand or walk. Those are the times sunscreen, shade or clothing matter most.
Why: Knowing when you will actually be outside turns sun protection into a plan instead of a guess.
Daily core Same every day
Follow your familiar skincare basics
Why: Simple, familiar care that suits your skin is easy to repeat, and sun protection plus shade gives your skin steady support every day you are outside.
Task 2
Check your sunscreen label and coverage
Read the protection, application and reapplication directions on the sunscreen you already use. Check exposed areas you tend to miss and plan shade or clothing for today. Use the skincare guide; a universal finger measure is not a substitute for the product's directions. No sunscreen yet? Read the label of one you are considering, in a store or online.
Why: Knowing your label's directions and the spots you usually miss means today's sunscreen does the job it was made for.
Task 3
Mark your sunscreen opening or expiry information
Why: An opening or expiry date written where you can see it saves you from guessing how long a bottle has been around.
Daily core Same every day
Follow your familiar skincare basics
Why: Simple, familiar care that suits your skin is easy to repeat, and sun protection plus shade gives your skin steady support every day you are outside.
Task 2
Practice gentle cleansing
Use a cleanser you tolerate, lukewarm water and gentle fingertips. Follow the product's directions and rinse without scrubbing. Notice comfort afterward; there is no mandatory sixty-second cleansing rule.
Why: Gentle water and fingertips clean without scraping, and noticing comfort afterward shows you what your skin likes.
Task 3
Write how your skin felt after cleansing
Why: A quick note on how your skin felt right after cleansing gives you something real to compare against later.
Daily core Same every day
Follow your familiar skincare basics
Why: Simple, familiar care that suits your skin is easy to repeat, and sun protection plus shade gives your skin steady support every day you are outside.
Task 2
Set your pillowcase and sheet days
Put a fresh pillowcase on tonight and wash your sheets, or pick the day you will. Choose a pillowcase swap rhythm, like twice a week, and a sheet day, and set reminders for both. Flip the pillow to the clean side in between.
Why: Your face rests on that fabric for hours, along with oil, hair products and old skin cells.
Task 3
Put a clean towel within reach
Why: A clean towel within reach means you finish the routine without grabbing whatever is nearby.
Daily core Same every day
Follow your familiar skincare basics
Why: Simple, familiar care that suits your skin is easy to repeat, and sun protection plus shade gives your skin steady support every day you are outside.
Task 2
Compare week one with your starting note
Light day. Reread your Day 1 starting note and write two lines: which step already feels automatic, and which one you keep forgetting. Then set out tomorrow morning's basics so the forgotten step is right in front of you. No Day 1 note? Write your current routine and how your skin feels in two lines now.
Why: Noticing what worked shows you what to keep doing in week two.
Task 3
Write down one habit to keep next week
Look back at this week and write the one habit you most want to keep doing next week.
Why: Picking one habit worth keeping turns a week of trying things into something you actually carry forward.

How Glow 100 works
What you do each day
3 goals a day. Your daily core, Follow your familiar skincare basics, is the same every day. The other two are new each day: Task 2 builds the habit and Task 3 adds a different angle. Each one comes with a short why.
Time and effort
Most days fit around a normal day, all 3 goals together. Some days are lighter, and nothing needs to happen at a set time.
Difficulty and pace
Gentle. Starts small and builds slowly. Good if you're brand new to this. Milestone badges at 10, 25, 50 and all 100 fully completed days mark how far you came.
Easier alternatives and rest days
Most goals have an easier alternative. “Choose an easier alternative” puts it in its place, and it counts the same as the original goal: the same square, streak and rewards. A rest day protects the streak on days life happens.
Pausing or switching
With another challenge going, you can pause this one any time. Resume later and you pick up on the same day you left. Remove it instead and your history stays: ticks, notes and photos. You always keep at least one challenge going. Up to 3 packs can be active at once, your main challenge included. Active and scheduled packs count; paused, finished and not started ones don't. You can own as many packs as you like and start them later.
What you own
Unlock Glow 100 on its own ($9.99 or a free credit) and it's yours forever, to replay any time. All Access opens every pack while you're subscribed. Credits never expire, so use them when you're ready.
Pack guide
Skincare reference
Test a new cosmetic on a small suitable area twice daily for seven to ten days, following its usual contact time and label. This is a home tolerance check, not diagnostic allergy testing. Stop and rinse off an irritating cosmetic. Outdoors, renew sunscreen at least every two hours and after swimming or sweating as directed. Do not start retinoids during pregnancy; discuss pregnancy planning, breastfeeding and prescription changes with a clinician. Exfoliation and active ingredients are optional.
How to use task details
The task title names the action. Open its details for the method, examples and any relevant precautions; Why explains the purpose. Save the stated output or record the action you actually took. Paper and other suitable tools are valid alternatives. Do not mark a real-world result complete merely because a planning note was written. Writing tasks can be done in Journal, on paper or anywhere you like. Linking them to Journal is optional.
Small daily actions
Each day's small action uses your existing routine and notes. No new product, purchase or change to prescribed care is ever required.
Glow or Beauty?
Glow 100 and Beauty 100 are separate packs. Glow is skin: cleansing, moisturizing, sun protection, reading skincare labels and learning what your skin tolerates. Beauty is hair, nails and makeup: caring for and styling your own hair, looking after your nails and the skin right around them, and practicing makeup only if you want to wear it. You can run either pack alone or both together, since each stays with its own topic. Neither pack requires buying anything, and prescribed care always comes first.
