Every day has 3 goals: your daily core (the same every day), Task 2 and Task 3, each with a short why. Open a day to read all three.
Daily core Same every day
Take one small brave action
Why: Small chosen actions, repeated, give you real evidence that you can act while still a little nervous.
Task 2
Record your Day 1 voice memo
Record a one minute voice memo: say your name, what you do most days and one thing you love, slowly and clearly. Listen back once and write one kind, specific note about how you sound. Save the memo in a folder or album called brave; you will compare it with new recordings on Days 50 and 100. Easier: 20 seconds.
Why: Hearing your own voice today gives you a starting point to compare with later in the pack.
Task 3
Write what you want to feel braver about
Write one or two honest lines about where you want more nerve by Day 100, like speaking up in class or making calls. Keep them at the top of your brave list; you will reread them on Days 25 and 91.
Why: Naming where you want more nerve gives your daily actions a direction.
Daily core Same every day
Take one small brave action
Why: Small chosen actions, repeated, give you real evidence that you can act while still a little nervous.
Task 2
Build your two line introduction
Write a two line intro: your name, then one thing you do or love. Say it out loud five times, a little slower and clearer each time, until it comes out without notes. Done means you can say it once without looking at the page. Easier: say just your name, clearly, three times.
Why: Having a steady first line ready makes it easier to begin when you meet someone.
Task 3
Write five easy questions to ask anyone
Why: A few go to questions, like what are you into lately, give you something ready to say when a chat goes quiet.
Daily core Same every day
Take one small brave action
Why: Small chosen actions, repeated, give you real evidence that you can act while still a little nervous.
Task 2
Add ten past brave moments to your brave list
Write ten things you have done that took nerve or effort: a first day somewhere, a hard talk, a new city, a skill you taught yourself. Any year, any size. Put them at the top of your brave list, the same note where you log each daily action, and star the three you are proudest of. Easier: list five.
Why: Confidence grows from evidence, and this list shows you have done hard things before.
Task 3
Rate your nerves before your brave action and after it
Give your nerves a number from one to five just before your core action and again just after. Write both numbers next to that line in your brave list.
Why: Seeing the two numbers side by side shows how nerves can change once you act.
Daily core Same every day
Take one small brave action
Why: Small chosen actions, repeated, give you real evidence that you can act while still a little nervous.
Task 2
Find your tall posture
Stand side on to a mirror: feet under your hips, knees soft, shoulders gently back and down, chin level. Take a good look, then walk across the room five times holding it without stiffening. Sit and find the seated version too: feet flat, back against the chair. Easier: just the standing check.
Why: Knowing what tall feels like in your own body gives you a quick way to prepare before a brave action.
Task 3
Choose tomorrow's brave action and when
Write one small action for tomorrow, like asking a question or saying what you prefer, plus the time or place it could fit. Keep it to one line.
Why: Deciding ahead means you start tomorrow knowing your next step.
Take care: Move gently and stop if anything hurts. Any posture that is comfortable for your body counts, seated included.
Daily core Same every day
Take one small brave action
Why: Small chosen actions, repeated, give you real evidence that you can act while still a little nervous.
Task 2
Read aloud at a calm pace
Pick a page of anything and read it aloud at about three quarters of your usual speed, stopping fully at every period. Record a second read, listen back and note one thing you like. Then read the first line once more, even slower. Easier: one paragraph.
Why: Slowing down gives your words room, and practicing alone makes a calm pace feel familiar.
Task 3
Write your own pep line
Write what you would say to a nervous friend, then swap you for I. Keep the line in your phone or on a sticky note.
Why: Words you wrote for yourself are ready to reread whenever you feel nervous.
Daily core Same every day
Take one small brave action
Why: Small chosen actions, repeated, give you real evidence that you can act while still a little nervous.
Task 2
Build your brave ladder
List ten everyday moments that make you a little nervous, like making a call, speaking first in a group or eating alone. Rate each from one to five and put them in order, easiest to hardest. Circle the easiest one to try this week. Easier: list five.
Why: A ladder turns a vague fear into small steps you can climb one rung at a time.
Task 3
Save one song that makes you feel brave
Find one song that makes you feel brave and save it where you can play it fast, like a playlist or your phone's favorites.
Why: A brave song is a quick mood switch you can play before any rep that makes you nervous.
Daily core Same every day
Take one small brave action
Why: Small chosen actions, repeated, give you real evidence that you can act while still a little nervous.
Task 2
Reread your first week's brave list
Light day. Reread your brave list, including the lines you added this week. Star the action that felt most doable and write one line on what helped it go the way it did. Easier: just reread.
Why: Looking at what you actually did this week shows you what is already within reach.
Task 3
Do a gentle 5 minute stretch
Why: A few minutes of gentle movement is a simple way to rest after your first week.

How Confidence 100 works
What you do each day
3 goals a day. Your daily core, Take one small brave action, is the same every day. The other two are new each day: Task 2 builds the habit and Task 3 adds a different angle. Each one comes with a short why.
Time and effort
Most days fit around a normal day, all 3 goals together. Some days are lighter, and nothing needs to happen at a set time.
Difficulty and pace
Gentle. Starts small and builds slowly. Good if you're brand new to this. Milestone badges at 10, 25, 50 and all 100 fully completed days mark how far you came.
Easier alternatives and rest days
Most goals have an easier alternative. “Choose an easier alternative” puts it in its place, and it counts the same as the original goal: the same square, streak and rewards. A rest day protects the streak on days life happens.
Pausing or switching
With another challenge going, you can pause this one any time. Resume later and you pick up on the same day you left. Remove it instead and your history stays: ticks, notes and photos. You always keep at least one challenge going. Up to 3 packs can be active at once, your main challenge included. Active and scheduled packs count; paused, finished and not started ones don't. You can own as many packs as you like and start them later.
What you own
Unlock Confidence 100 on its own ($9.99 or a free credit) and it's yours forever, to replay any time. All Access opens every pack while you're subscribed. Credits never expire, so use them when you're ready.

How to use task details
The task title names the action. Open its details for the method, examples and any relevant precautions; Why explains the purpose. Save the stated output or record the action you actually took. Paper and other suitable tools are valid alternatives. Do not mark a real-world result complete merely because a planning note was written. Writing tasks can be done in Journal, on paper or anywhere you like. Linking them to Journal is optional.
Earn 4 milestone badges
10, 25, 50 and all 100 fully completed days of Confidence 100: your first achievement, then bronze, silver and gold. Days finished late count too.
