Join the waitlistBeauty 100 is a hundred days of lashes, skin, nails and hair: the routines, the products worth it and the ones that aren't. Every night you do a small reset: makeup off, hair brushed out or wrapped, and a little oil or balm on your cuticles. In the first week you audit your stash, file your nails, map your brow shape, curl and coat your lashes and write your hair profile.

Every day has 3 goals: your daily core (the same every day), Task 2 and Task 3, each with a short why. Open a day to read all three.
Daily core Same every day
Do one hair, nail or makeup care routine
Why: One small care routine you choose is easy to keep up, so looking after your hair, nails or makeup tools becomes part of your day.
Task 2
Audit your beauty stash
Gather every makeup, hair and nail product you own onto one surface. Sort into three piles: use every week, use sometimes, never use. Toss mascara older than three months and anything that smells off or has separated. Write down what you actually reach for.
Why: Knowing what you own and actually use is the first step to a routine that works, and it stops you rebuying things.
Task 3
Put one product to finish this month at the front
Choose one product you already own and put it at the front of your drawer. Use it up before opening another of its kind.
Why: Finishing one product before opening another keeps your drawer clearer and shows you what you really use.
Daily core Same every day
Do one hair, nail or makeup care routine
Why: One small care routine you choose is easy to keep up, so looking after your hair, nails or makeup tools becomes part of your day.
Task 2
File your nails into shape
Start with clean, dry nails. File from each side toward the center in one direction, not back and forth, to avoid splitting. Pick a shape that follows your cuticle line, like round, oval or squoval, and make all ten match. Smooth the edge with a light pass underneath.
Why: Filing in one direction is gentler on the nail edge, and matching shapes look neat even without polish.
Task 3
Rub oil or balm into your cuticles
Why: A drop of any oil or a dab of balm keeps cuticles soft, so they do not crack or tear.
Daily core Same every day
Do one hair, nail or makeup care routine
Why: One small care routine you choose is easy to keep up, so looking after your hair, nails or makeup tools becomes part of your day.
Task 2
Map your brow shape
Hold a pencil straight up from the side of your nose: that is where your brow starts. Angle it from your nose through the outer edge of your iris for the arch, then to the outer corner of your eye for the end. Brush brows up, then fill sparse spots with light, hair like strokes. No tweezing today. Skipping makeup? Map the shape and just brush your brows into place with a clean spoolie or soft toothbrush.
Why: Brows frame your whole face, and knowing your own map means every look starts in the right place.
Task 3
Look at your brows in daylight by a window
Why: Daylight shows the true color and shape, so you can see if your fill looks natural.
Daily core Same every day
Do one hair, nail or makeup care routine
Why: One small care routine you choose is easy to keep up, so looking after your hair, nails or makeup tools becomes part of your day.
Task 2
Curl and coat your lashes
With a clean curler, clamp gently at the root for 5 seconds, then the middle for 3, then near the tips for 1, without pulling. Then wiggle a mascara wand at the base of your lashes and sweep up to the tips. Do a thin second coat before the first dries. No curler? Just practice the wiggle. Skipping mascara? Curling alone counts, or if you have no curler, file any rough nail edges instead.
Why: Curling in steps gives a natural lift, and the wiggle puts color at the root where lashes look fullest.
Task 3
Wash your curler pad and wipe the handles
Why: A clean curler grips gently and keeps old mascara away from your eyes.
Take care: Never curl lashes after mascara, since it can pull them out. Replace mascara every three months and stop if your eyes sting.
Daily core Same every day
Do one hair, nail or makeup care routine
Why: One small care routine you choose is easy to keep up, so looking after your hair, nails or makeup tools becomes part of your day.
Task 2
Write your hair profile
Look at your hair as it is now, and think about how it looks clean and air dried. Write down its pattern (straight, wavy, curly or coily), whether strands are fine or thick, how fast it dries and how many days until it feels oily or dry. Then write how often you want to wash it and which products you already own that fit.
Why: Your hair profile tells you what it actually needs, so you stop following routines made for someone else's hair.
Task 3
Give your scalp a 3 minute massage
Why: Slow circles with your fingertips feel great and help loosen buildup before wash day.
Daily core Same every day
Do one hair, nail or makeup care routine
Why: One small care routine you choose is easy to keep up, so looking after your hair, nails or makeup tools becomes part of your day.
Task 2
Build your five minute face
Set a timer for five minutes and use only what you own: concealer only where you want it, brows brushed and filled, mascara, a dab of cream blush or lipstick on your cheeks, and lip balm or color. Not a makeup person? Do the groomed version: brows brushed, lip balm, hair neat.
Why: A short, reliable everyday look gives you a routine that fits into busy mornings.
Task 3
Write your five minute steps on a note by your mirror
Why: A written order means you never stand at the mirror wondering what comes next.
Daily core Same every day
Do one hair, nail or makeup care routine
Why: One small care routine you choose is easy to keep up, so looking after your hair, nails or makeup tools becomes part of your day.
Task 2
Write three skill goals for Day 100
Light day. In a note titled Beauty goals, write three skills you want to be able to do by Day 100, like an even coat of polish, a braid you can do alone, winged liner or a gentle wash day routine. Pick skills you control, not a look you have to reach.
Why: Clear goals make the practice feel like progress, not just routine.
Task 3
Rate five skills to start your skills note
In a note titled Beauty skills start, list five skills from this pack that interest you, like filing nails, a three strand braid, filling brows, a no heat style and painting nails. Rate each from 1 to 5 for how easy it feels now. Guess for any you have not tried yet.
Why: A starting rating gives your later check ins something real to compare with.

How Beauty 100 works
What you do each day
3 goals a day. Your daily core, Do one hair, nail or makeup care routine, is the same every day. The other two are new each day: Task 2 builds the habit and Task 3 adds a different angle. Each one comes with a short why.
Time and effort
Most days fit around a normal day, all 3 goals together. Some days are lighter, and nothing needs to happen at a set time.
Difficulty and pace
Gentle. Starts small and builds slowly. Good if you're brand new to this. Milestone badges at 10, 25, 50 and all 100 fully completed days mark how far you came.
Easier alternatives and rest days
Most goals have an easier alternative. “Choose an easier alternative” puts it in its place, and it counts the same as the original goal: the same square, streak and rewards. A rest day protects the streak on days life happens.
Pausing or switching
With another challenge going, you can pause this one any time. Resume later and you pick up on the same day you left. Remove it instead and your history stays: ticks, notes and photos. You always keep at least one challenge going. Up to 3 packs can be active at once, your main challenge included. Active and scheduled packs count; paused, finished and not started ones don't. You can own as many packs as you like and start them later.

Pack guide
Personal care reference
Leave cuticles intact: do not cut or push them back. Trim nails straight across with clean clippers and smooth the edge with a file. People with diabetes, poor circulation or reduced sensation should follow their clinician's foot-care plan and not trim toenails at home unless that plan allows it. Before using new makeup, follow its label and try a small amount on a small patch of skin, such as inside your elbow; stop if it itches, stings or turns red. Hair dye and other specialized products have their own label directions. A calm test is not a guarantee.
How to use task details
The task title names the action. Open its details for the method, examples and any relevant precautions; Why explains the purpose. Save the stated output or record the action you actually took. Paper and other suitable tools are valid alternatives. Do not mark a real-world result complete merely because a planning note was written. Writing tasks can be done in Journal, on paper or anywhere you like. Linking them to Journal is optional.
Glow or Beauty?
Glow 100 and Beauty 100 are separate packs. Glow is skin: cleansing, moisturizing, sun protection, reading skincare labels and learning what your skin tolerates. Beauty is hair, nails and makeup: caring for and styling your own hair, looking after your nails and the skin right around them, and practicing makeup only if you want to wear it. You can run either pack alone or both together, since each stays with its own topic. Neither pack requires buying anything, and prescribed care always comes first.
