Every day has 3 goals: your daily core (the same every day), Task 2 and Task 3, each with a short why. Open a day to read all three.
Daily core Same every day
Study one course topic for 20 minutes
Why: Recalling before you study shows where to spend your time, and checking one answer makes sure what you practiced is right.
Task 2
Set up one planner for the term
Pick one planner, paper or digital, and use only that one. Add your class times and any regular commitments for the week ahead, like practice, clubs, family time or a job if you have one. Starting mid term? Set it up today all the same.
Why: One planner you trust beats three half used ones, and it gives every later task in this pack a home.
Task 3
Write what you want from this term
Why: A few honest lines about how you want this term to feel give your study blocks a reason on low energy days.
Daily core Same every day
Study one course topic for 20 minutes
Why: Recalling before you study shows where to spend your time, and checking one answer makes sure what you practiced is right.
Task 2
Put every due date in your planner
Gather every syllabus, course page, class website and handout you have. Write every assignment, quiz, test and project date into your planner with the class name. Can't find a date? Write "ask" next to that class and ask your teacher or professor this week.
Why: Seeing every due date in one place ends surprise deadlines and shows you the crunch weeks early.
Task 3
Circle the three heaviest weeks
Why: Knowing your busiest weeks now lets you start early instead of scrambling later.
Daily core Same every day
Study one course topic for 20 minutes
Why: Recalling before you study shows where to spend your time, and checking one answer makes sure what you practiced is right.
Task 2
Clear one study spot and stock it
Pick one spot for study blocks: a desk, the kitchen table after dinner, a library seat or a corner of a shared room. Clear it, check the light, put water and your materials in reach and give your phone a home out of arm's reach.
Why: A spot that is ready to go means you spend your energy on studying, not on setting up.
Task 3
Find a backup study spot outside your home
Some options are your school library, a public library or a quiet corner at school before or after class.
Why: A second spot keeps you going when home is loud or busy.
Daily core Same every day
Study one course topic for 20 minutes
Why: Recalling before you study shows where to spend your time, and checking one answer makes sure what you practiced is right.
Task 2
Set a sleep anchor for school nights
Pick one wake time you can keep on school days and a bedtime that gives you enough rest before it. Write a 20 minute wind down, like screens away, lights low and tomorrow's bag packed, and set an alarm for when it starts.
Why: A steady wake time anchors your whole day, and a short wind down makes the bedtime easier to keep.
Task 3
Charge your phone away from your bed tonight
No outlet across the room? Put it face down on do not disturb, out of reach.
Why: A phone out of reach makes it easier to stop scrolling and actually sleep.
Daily core Same every day
Study one course topic for 20 minutes
Why: Recalling before you study shows where to spend your time, and checking one answer makes sure what you practiced is right.
Task 2
Make a simple term budget
In Budget or on paper, list what this term might cost: supplies, lunches, transport, activity fees, books. Tag each one Need or Want and note who covers it, like you, family or school. Nothing is yours to pay? Make the list anyway so you know the plan.
Why: A short list of school costs means fewer surprises and calmer conversations about money.
Task 3
List free resources your school offers
Some options are a free library card, loaner books or calculators, free printing or a school supply program.
Why: Free resources stretch any budget and are easy to forget once the term gets busy.
Daily core Same every day
Study one course topic for 20 minutes
Why: Recalling before you study shows where to spend your time, and checking one answer makes sure what you practiced is right.
Task 2
Find out how to reach each teacher or professor
For each class, find how your teacher or professor prefers to be contacted and when they're available: office hours, before or after class, or a help session. Add it to your planner next to the class.
Why: Knowing how and when to ask makes it far easier to ask early, before a small question grows.
Task 3
Save every school contact in one place
Some options are your school counselor, the main office, tutoring and a classmate in each class.
Why: One list of contacts saves you from hunting for a name when you need help fast.
Daily core Same every day
Study one course topic for 20 minutes
Why: Recalling before you study shows where to spend your time, and checking one answer makes sure what you practiced is right.
Task 2
Look back at your first week
Light day. Look at your planner, your study spot and your sleep anchor. Write the one setup that already helps and one thing to tweak.
Why: A quick look back keeps your setup working for you instead of the other way around.
Task 3
Take a slow, screen free break
Why: A real break helps the week's work settle in.

How Student 100 works
What you do each day
3 goals a day. Your daily core, Study one course topic for 20 minutes, is the same every day. The other two are new each day: Task 2 builds the habit and Task 3 adds a different angle. Each one comes with a short why.
Time and effort
Most days fit around a normal day, all 3 goals together. Some days are lighter, and nothing needs to happen at a set time.
Difficulty and pace
Steady. Small daily steps that grow a little each week. Some days ask a bit more. Milestone badges at 10, 25, 50 and all 100 fully completed days mark how far you came.
Easier alternatives and rest days
Most goals have an easier alternative. “Choose an easier alternative” puts it in its place, and it counts the same as the original goal: the same square, streak and rewards. A rest day protects the streak on days life happens.
Pausing or switching
With another challenge going, you can pause this one any time. Resume later and you pick up on the same day you left. Remove it instead and your history stays: ticks, notes and photos. You always keep at least one challenge going. Up to 3 packs can be active at once, your main challenge included. Active and scheduled packs count; paused, finished and not started ones don't. You can own as many packs as you like and start them later.
What you own
Unlock Student 100 on its own ($9.99 or a free credit) and it's yours forever, to replay any time. All Access opens every pack while you're subscribed. Credits never expire, so use them when you're ready.
Pack guide
Start of term: Days 1 to 14
The first two weeks set up the basics: one planner, every due date in one place, a study spot, a sleep anchor, a simple term budget and a short meeting with a teacher or professor. Starting mid term? These tasks work on any day of the term, so do them as they come and they'll still pay off.
How the 100 days flow
After the setup, Days 15 to 24 build your study system: active recall, spaced review, flashcards and practice problems. Days 26 to 49 cover notes, deadlines and big projects. Days 51 to 74 focus on balance and burnout care, and Days 76 to 99 build a calm finals plan and a clean end to the term. Every 7th day is lighter, and Days 25, 50 and 75 are checkpoints.
College or high school
This pack is written mainly for college students, and every task also works for high school students. Where a task mentions office hours, an advisor or registration, the high school version is your teacher before or after class, your school counselor and course selection. Nothing assumes a job, a computer of your own or living away from home; use whatever setup you have.
Focus blocks
For any study or practice task: put your phone in another room or face down, write the one thing you will do, and set a timer for 10 to 25 minutes. When your mind wanders, notice it and come back. Stop when the timer rings and note where you got to.
Earn 4 milestone badges
