Every day has 3 goals: your daily core (the same every day), Task 2 and Task 3, each with a short why. Open a day to read all three.
Daily core Same every day
Send one small hello
Why: One small reach a day keeps people close and makes the next hello easier. The reach is the win, so a reply is never part of it.
Task 2
Write your people list and starting point
Write the names of 5 to 10 people you'd like to stay close to or get closer to: friends, family, coworkers, classmates, neighbors or online friends. Only one or two names? That's a fine start. Then add one line about where you'd like to talk to people more and one small thing that feels doable this week.
Why: A short list and an honest starting point turn a vague wish for connection into real people and places you can reach.
Task 3
Write your pack rule: the reach is the win
Why: You finish a task by trying, never by how someone answers. Writing that down makes it yours.
Daily core Same every day
Send one small hello
Why: One small reach a day keeps people close and makes the next hello easier. The reach is the win, so a reply is never part of it.
Task 2
Greet someone who serves you
At a store, cafe counter, bus or front desk, look up, smile and say 'Hi, how's your day going?' before you get to business. Their answer, short or chatty, is not part of the task.
Why: Service moments are short and friendly, which makes them perfect low stakes reps.
Task 3
Reply to one message you've left sitting
Why: An old unanswered message is a small weight. A short, warm reply with no long apology clears it.
Daily core Same every day
Send one small hello
Why: One small reach a day keeps people close and makes the next hello easier. The reach is the win, so a reply is never part of it.
Task 2
Send a voice note
Record a voice note under a minute for someone on your list: something that reminded you of them, a quick story or just hi. If voice notes feel like too much, a photo with a caption works too. Sending it is the task, whether or not they reply.
Why: Hearing a friend's voice feels closer than text, and it takes less time than a call.
Task 3
Start a people notes page
Start a page or note titled People notes. Jot things people mention, like a new job, a pet's name or a big date coming up.
Why: Notes like these make following up easy and genuine.
Daily core Same every day
Send one small hello
Why: One small reach a day keeps people close and makes the next hello easier. The reach is the win, so a reply is never part of it.
Task 2
Give one genuine compliment
Compliment something a person chose, not their body: a jacket, a dog's name, the music in a shop, a smart point in a meeting. Say it, smile and let it go. No reply needed.
Why: Compliments on choices feel good to hear, are easy to give and often open a little chat.
Task 3
Write three easy openers you could use this week
Why: Having lines ready means you're not hunting for words in the moment.
Daily core Same every day
Send one small hello
Why: One small reach a day keeps people close and makes the next hello easier. The reach is the win, so a reply is never part of it.
Task 2
Ask a neighbor a simple question
Ask a neighbor, coworker or classmate something easy: 'Do you know when trash day is?' or 'Any good walks around here?' Asking is the whole task. If nobody's around, ask in a building or local group chat.
Why: Asking for small help is one of the easiest ways to start talking, and many people like being asked.
Task 3
Add three birthdays to your calendar
Find them in old messages or profiles, or ask, and set a reminder two days before each.
Why: Remembering a birthday shows someone they matter.
Daily core Same every day
Send one small hello
Why: One small reach a day keeps people close and makes the next hello easier. The reach is the win, so a reply is never part of it.
Task 2
Follow up on something a friend told you
Look at your people notes or recent chats and pick something someone was going through, like an interview, a move or a hard week. Ask how it went. Nothing comes to mind? Ask someone 'What's been the best part of your week?' and add the answer to your notes.
Why: Remembering what matters to someone is the heart of being a good friend.
Task 3
Write your kind no
Write two or three lines like 'I can't this week, but I'd love to catch up soon.'
Why: A ready kind no lets you decline without guilt and keep your energy for what fits.
Daily core Same every day
Send one small hello
Why: One small reach a day keeps people close and makes the next hello easier. The reach is the win, so a reply is never part of it.
Task 2
Look back at your first week and pick a route
Light day. Write who you reached this week, what felt good and what felt awkward. Then pick your route for Day 8 on: Meet people, for new faces and a free recurring activity, or Deepen friendships, for the people you already know. Write your pick and one reason. You can switch any time.
Why: Noticing what felt good this week points you to the route that suits you right now.
Task 3
Write a kind note to yourself about reaching out
Why: Reaching out takes courage. A few kind words to yourself make next week easier to start.

How Friendship 100 works
What you do each day
3 goals a day. Your daily core, Send one small hello, is the same every day. The other two are new each day: Task 2 builds the habit and Task 3 adds a different angle. Each one comes with a short why.
Time and effort
Most days fit around a normal day, all 3 goals together. Some days are lighter, and nothing needs to happen at a set time.
Difficulty and pace
Steady. Small daily steps that grow a little each week. Some days ask a bit more. Milestone badges at 10, 25, 50 and all 100 fully completed days mark how far you came.
Easier alternatives and rest days
Most goals have an easier alternative. “Choose an easier alternative” puts it in its place, and it counts the same as the original goal: the same square, streak and rewards. A rest day protects the streak on days life happens.
Pausing or switching
With another challenge going, you can pause this one any time. Resume later and you pick up on the same day you left. Remove it instead and your history stays: ticks, notes and photos. You always keep at least one challenge going. Up to 3 packs can be active at once, your main challenge included. Active and scheduled packs count; paused, finished and not started ones don't. You can own as many packs as you like and start them later.
What you own
Unlock Friendship 100 on its own ($9.99 or a free credit) and it's yours forever, to replay any time. All Access opens every pack while you're subscribed. Credits never expire, so use them when you're ready.
Pack guide
How each day works
The Daily core: send one small hello, to someone you know or someone you see while you're out. Task 2 is the day's main task. Task 3 is a small extra that works for everyone. Every 7th day is lighter, and Days 25, 50 and 75 are checkpoints called Quarter Mark, Halfway and Three Quarters.
Your first week
Days 1 to 7 are the same for everyone. You write your people list, start a people notes page and try a mix of small reaches with people you know and people you see around you. On Day 7 you look back and pick a route for Day 8 on.
Route: Meet people
Start with small hellos in public, then find a free recurring activity, like a library club, a walking group or a volunteer shift, and keep showing up. Later you practice low-key invites, host something tiny and free, and follow up so new faces become familiar ones. Meet new people in public places, with someone you trust knowing where you are.
Route: Deepen friendships
Stay close to the people you already know, whether that's friends, family, coworkers, neighbors or online friends. You keep in touch, remember dates, make easy plans, host simple get-togethers, show up for people's things and close loops like promises, replies and plans that fell through.
The reach is the win
Every task counts the moment you reach out. A reply, a yes or someone coming is never required. You can switch routes any time, and each day works on its own with a quick fallback if you missed an earlier step.
Earn 4 milestone badges
10, 25, 50 and all 100 fully completed days of Friendship 100: your first achievement, then bronze, silver and gold. Days finished late count too.
